These tortillas made with the festive red and green colors are a sure way to win everybody’s heart. A perfect appetizer to boost up the holiday spirits!
Ingredients
Flour tortillas – 1 pack Cream cheese (softened) – 16 oz Green olives (chopped) – 1/2 c Green onion (chopped) – 1/2 c Green pepper (chopped) – 1/2 c Red pepper (chopped) – 1/2 c
Mayonnaise – 1/4 c Garlic salt – 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (crushed) – 1/2 tsp
Method
Place the tortillas at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients, excluding tortillas. Now spread the mixture uniformly on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas and wrap each one of it in a plastic wrap. Put them in refrigerator overnight or for minimum 3 hours. Cut the tortillas in diagonal slices and serve them along with salsa. |
